Kansas AG sues Pfizer for “misleading Kansans on COVID vaccine,” alleging numerous counts of FRAUD
Another major lawsuit was filed this week against Pfizer for misleading the public about its mRNA (modRNA) “vaccine” for the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19).
Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach announced that he is taking on the pharmaceutical giant for “misleading Kansans on COVID vaccine.”
Pfizer failed to tell Kansans about the risks involved with getting injected. Pregnant women could lose their babies, for instance, and anyone, especially younger males, could develop myocarditis or other forms of heart inflammation.
Pfizer further lied about its COVID jab supposedly helping to protect against the so-called “variants” like Omicron (an anagram for Moronic) when the data told a much different story.
Then there was the lie told by Pfizer that its COVID injections help to prevent COVID transmission. The company later said the opposite, admitting that it never conducted the proper studies to back up such a claim.
“Pfizer coordinated with social media officials to censor speech critical of COVID-19 vaccines and declined to participate in the federal government’s vaccine development program, Operation Warp Speed, to avoid government oversight,” Kobach further said in an announcement, which you can watch below.
“Pfizer made multiple misleading statements to deceive the public about its vaccine at a time when Americans needed the truth.”

Social media was on fire over the announcement with one guy named “Vibrant Dad” (@vibrantdad) writing that this and all other lawsuits against Pfizer and Big Pharma at large over Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “vaccines” need to get to discovery.
“And then when it’s found these companies lied, they will lose their liability protections,” Vibrant Dad continued. “And then the class action lawsuits begin.”
Another added to the conversation that Pfizer should not be the only company, nor should Big Pharma be the only industry, in the crosshairs of these kinds of lawsuits.
“It’s not just the pharmaceutical industry,” this person, “Ben” (@USMortality), wrote. “The entire PCR testing, sequencing, etc., is based on unvalidated assumptions.”
“What about when they sent their ‘vaccine’ to trials and the actual vaccine they used was different than the ones they mass produced for the public?” asked another about the shenanigans of Pfizer all throughout the “pandemic.”
Truth be told, every state’s attorney general should be filing lawsuits like this against Pfizer and all the rest, emphasized numerous other X users about how a torrent of lawsuits numbering more than the grains of sand at the beach is sure to have an impact.
“Money isn’t enough for what they’ve done,” said one who wants much more of a penalty than just fines. “The punishment must fit the crime – tell me, what’s the penalty for genocide?”
